But have a recorder handy to send to the police (if it's legal in your state) if the threats get more frequent. Also, if you ever are in a roommate situation, MAKE A RULE SHEET! And NEVER EVER make any financial agreement without make a CONTRACT with a WITNESS signature attached to it. I didn't do this and now I'm paying for this with people threatening me, physically alternating, slandering me, screw me over, destroying my property, and trying to black mail me with lies. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES! You won't regret it.  less

Allow me to address your concern (rant?): we are a group of 3 people: an owner, an admin, and a moderator. Myself: I am a moderator; all I can do is control posts, account preferences, and things created by users. I cannot actually do anything about a bot. Quote: is our only admin aside from Fuzzy. Fuzzy: well, duh. Now, things you must understand: A) we are all in college, and thus have a limited amount of time to handle situations. B) our lives do not revolve around this website. We put a generous amount of time in, but not everything. Sorry. C) up until 36 hours ago, we did not receive any reports about the current bots.

    If you want this handled faster, I suggest you ask Fuzzy and Quote to make me an account admin. I can handle these things faster than they can.  less

This is something that applies to everyone, regardless of the situation: complain in private, not in public.

I'll put the reports in private in the future in private messages to the admins, although I'm confused my post wasn't deleted, I thought I deleted it. That point aside, I now understand the more effective means of reporting bots. My intent has always to make sure this site does the best it can to address concerns.  less
